The 2nd room can be considered a lounging area or a 2nd bedroom depending on # of guests. w/ a pull-out sofa (full), a 2nd bathroom. There's a kitchen, w/ a stove top, fridge/freezer, lots of cookware & washer/dryer Less than a minute to top dining, including Elevation 486 and Canyon Crest. Epic views of the canyon No pets. No children under 13. Excellent location for travelers and business folk alike! Seconds away from an amazing path that hugs the most beautiful canyon in southern Idaho (you can spend all day walking this path and seeing everything from Perrine Bridge to Shoshone Falls). Less than a minute walk from two of the best restaurants in Twin Falls. St. Luke’s hospital is less than two miles away. Location is very quiet in the evening and very safe. Two private access points, and free private parking area available as well! You'll have 2 private entrances, and your own private kitchen, with a washer/dryer. 2 separate bathrooms. 2 Smart TVs with access to Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix! In the living area, the sofa is a pullout full bed, it can fit 2 people, but it’s a crunch! I would suggest limiting it to one person for comfort. *Note for long term stays* -toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags will be supplied initially. Once they run out, guests are responsible for maintaining their own supplies for the duration of the stay. The entire lower level condo is all yours. You’ll have a private entrance as well as free parking. You even have your own patio space, with a cute bench for two! There is a small yard that you’re welcome to lounge around on. The lawn is a shared space. Available by phone very quiet neighborhood nestled close to the canyon rim. The condo is less than a 1 minute walk to two great restaurants (Elevation 486 and Canyon Crest). Unfortunately there is not a public transit system, however, Uber and taxis are very easy to come by! No Pets No Smoking -toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags will be supplied initially. Once they run out, guests are responsible for maintaining their own supplies for the duration of the stay.
