Lita’s Place is a peaceful, sun filled apartment ready for your stay with a bedroom and an office with an electric adjustable height stand up desk . Just on the outskirts of Perrysburg we are only 5-7 minutes from I-75 and 23, 475, shopping (Target, Kroger, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, TJMaxx, etc.), many restaurants and the Ohio Turnpike. The space We offer one bedroom (queen bed), one Office room with an adjustable height desk, one full bath, a large open fully stocked kitchen and a seating area along with a small front porch and a deck. There is parking for two vehicles and a small yard. The yard ends at the fenceposts and does not include the neighbor’s pond or caboose. Guest access Self Check-in The entire apartment will be yours! Other things to note There are two steps leading up into the apartment. Also please be advised we have well water. It has been tested and is fine, odorless. We installed a new well in 2018.
