The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the mountains. You will have access to the entire upstairs of the home, (we live in the basement apartment). The backyard is very spacious and includes a large in-ground pool (20x50). The pool is open from May through September. We also have an 8-person hot tub which is open year-round. The backyard also has a large outdoor kitchen that includes a grill, two smokers, two refrigerators, and a bartending station. The space You will have three parking spaces, one in the garage and two in the driveway. The space in the garage will fit a small to midsize car. Across the street is a "flex-bus" stop. With this stop, you can access the ski bus to Alta and Snowbird. Flex bus F94 and Ski bus 994. Guest access You have private access to the entire upstairs of the home. Also, exclusive use of the backyard, hot tub, and in the summer season the inground pool.
