Very good location, this house is 10 min from Pau by car, one hour from the mountains and one hour from the ocean. Discover this beautiful and modern house and all its comfort for a relaxing vacation. The space The accommodation is a single-story house not overlooked with a large garden, a terrace for lunch and dinner and garden furniture for lounging. Its geolocation makes it an exceptional property because it is located minutes from the city center of Pau and in an hour you can go to the mountains or swim in the Atlantic Ocean, 1.5 hours from the house. The large main room consists of an American kitchen with central island overlooking a living room with seating area and dining room. The property includes 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a large dressing room. For 1 or 2 children under 15 years old you will have a small bedroom with a 140 bed. The bathroom consists of a whirlpool bath and Italian shower. On sunny days, you can enjoy a large garden with an outdoor table and lounge to relax and enjoy the view of the Pyrenees. This little piece of heaven promises you calm and proximity to activities (skiing, Lake Beaudreix and its wake board, horseback riding in Assat, you are 30 minutes from Lourdes by car, hiking on the hillsides of Jurançon...). A plancha will be available for your summer evenings :-) Guest access You will have access to the entire home except the garage, but you can park up to 2 cars in front of the house secured by a gate. Other things to note Guests can take advantage of the plancha (equipped with gas) The garden is mowed by a robot (it must absolutely not be touched and ensure that children or anyone is in the garden when it is operating)
