Ch@rming flat in the heart of the city!

Light and quiet apartment in the heart of the City, just minutes from the trendy Istedgade with all its cafes and restaurants. During the weekend, the neighbourhood becomes lively as many young people live in the area, and the nightlife is booming. 10 min. walk to Copenhagen Central St. and Tivoli, and only 20 min. from the airport via train, metro or taxi. A perfect base for your visit to Copenhagen with everything close by. Ideal for small families, groups or business travellers. The space This is a top floor loft apartment, offering great views of the city. The space was refurbished within the last few years, providing everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, and like most buildings in Copenhagen, there is no elevator. Very good for your daily exercise! But people with physical disabilities may find it challenging. There's a mezzanine sleeping area with a queen-sized mattress and a separate single folding mattress. In the living space, there’s a large, quality, comfortable double sofa bed. I will provide fresh bed linen and towels for all the beds :) The mezzanine sleeping area is quite small but super cosy. However, beware that you'll have to get on a ladder to access it. It may not be ideal for elderly people, couples with babies and/or for those who may have physical difficulties. In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals and drinks. There’s also a Nespresso machine as well as an Italian moka coffee machine. Please note: sometimes I run out of Nespresso capsules and/or moka coffee... if that is the case you can easily purchase these at the grocery store, just across the road You can connect via Bluetooth to my speaker system to listen to music and I also have Apple TV. I love my home and I take pride in the way I keep it and care for it... I will always welcome constructive suggestions and/or feedback towards any improvements you feel I should do in order to make your or next guest stay the best I can provide for.
