It retains some of its period features and all of its views: city skyline and into lush, green foliage through large windows. The bare Tasmanian Oak floorboards throughout and freshly painted walls exude a sense of holiday calm. All complimented by a unique eclectic décor reflecting the owner's creative bent and love of Danish furniture. The one accessible bedroom has a comfortable Queen Size bed (for couple guests). The kitchen can cater for those who do not wish to make the short walk to nearby restaurants (a convenient, hideaway table can cater for candlelit dinners or work related activity). A clean white bathroom with shower and deep bath, also has a washing machine and dryer for guests use. There is also access to a rear balcony with table and chairs. Conveniently located with sand, water, supermarket, restaurants and public transport at the doorstep. Guest access Guests have access to all amenities expected of any home. There is a second bedroom but the home owner has not granted access . Other things to note This residence is your hosts home, and as a welcome guest, you are expected to treat all personal items and furnishings with appropriate care and consideration. Your host is also mindful of not disturbing or inconveniencing neighbours by sharing the home.
