Agate Beach-Family Friendly Home with Beach Access

From June 15th thru Labor Day minimum night stay is 4 nights. My house is close to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and family-friendly activities. My house is good for several couples, families with children, or a girls weekend away. We have our own path to the beach which is unusual for the area. It is a dirt path as you would find if you went hiking in the PNW. It is downhill to the beach and uphill coming back. It is not suitable for anyone with physical limitations. The space We have a beautiful view of the ocean from the house. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The two living areas mean that everyone has some space to enjoy what they would like to do. Guest access Guests have access to the first and second floor of the house. There is a locked room that we keep supplies in and accesses the loft. The guest do not have access to this area. Other things to note The City of Newport has implemented new requirements for all vacation rentals in the area. You will be required to complete a guest registration form with the following information prior to my sending you check in instructions.
