This tiny house is located directly on the water and is the perfect spot for a couple's getaway or a family fishing trip. The space Bring your boat, rent a boat or simply enjoy our two kayaks on the property in this waterfront oasis. Explore the shallow water inlets and the nearby sound and watch for the Manatee or Dolphins which frequent these waters. The property sits across from protected mangroves with a private 40ft dock on a deep water canal with a boat lift*. Fish cleaning table, underwater light and basic fishing equipment or bring your own gear... catch your dinner right from the dock! Easy access to Manatee Bay and Barnes Sound, less than 30 minutes from open ocean by boat. Multiple beach areas/sandbars within 5 minute boat ride. Tiki hut with fan/charcoal BBQ pit, TV and bar seating. Neighborhood pool just a few steps from the house. House has a full master bedroom with queen bed downstairs, upstairs loft with queen bed (low clearance in loft) and a pull out couch in the living room. Ideal space for single couple, two couples or a small family. Strict 6 person max is enforced by HOA Rules for overnight and day guests. No parties allowed. *Please note: if requesting use of boat lift please contact your host - special instructions will be provided. Guest is responsible for any damages to boat lift due to improper use. Boats can be tied off to the dock if not using the boat lift. Guest access If you plan to bring a boat, please contact the host to provide model and size and to receive instructions for arrival. Parking only for 1 vehicle on premise. Additional Guest Parking for an Vehicle/Trailer is available first come first serve in nearby spaces. We also have another nearby property that may be used for trailer storage or overflow parking. Single paved community boat ramp available. High speed WiFi for remote work or streaming. Other things to note Restaurants are within 5-10 min to Gilbert’s and Buzzards. Gilbert’s has a beach, live music, dockage for boats and a great tiki bar on the water. Sundowners is about 12 min away with excellent views of the sunset, dockage for boats and live entertainment. Also visit Senor Frijoles next door, with outdoor dining, Tex-Mex food and excellent Margaritas. Snooks Bayside is another favorite in the area with great views and food. There are several boat & fishing charters as well as jet ski & boat rentals around Key Largo. The neighborhood is also centrally located with access to Everglades National Park and Miami to the North and some of the world's best fishing and dive spots to the south throughout the upper and middle Keys. Easy day trips to Key West and the lower Keys as well. Host is happy to provide additional information on the area for food and sightseeing, coordinates for popular dive/boating spots, and quirky things to do including a hidden tiki only accessible via kayak hidden in the nearby mangroves.
