Laid back guest house located close to the marsh and 15 minutes south of the Historic District. Quiet locale with private entrance, large yard and small but cozy interior that includes a queen bed, desk and kitchenette area. Nestled under a grand live oak, the Half House is home to many birds and a barred owl that often takes residence upon the branches. Laundry avail too. For larger reservations, the main house is also on AirBnb 'Stylish & Spacious Abode in Savannah.' The space One queen sized bed, bathroom, kitchenette and a small work area with a desk and chair. There is also ample room in the backyard with a fire pit as well as an outdoor table with an umbrella and seating. Guest access You will access to the entire backyard of the home. Other things to note The beaches at Tybee Island are about 30 minutes from the home. If you were headed to Tybee from Downtown Savannah, the beach is about 20 minutes. I'm about a mile from the Wormhole Historic Site and just a five minute drive to the Isle of Hope marina. *I also rent out part of the main house on Airbnb as well, called "The Hemlock House" which can house 4 more people. Please respect their privacy as they will have access to the front yard of the home.
