Belle’s Great Escape

New construction modern Squaw Valley home with 2 Master Suites, Gourmet Kitchen, Great Room, new appliances and furnishings. Belle's Great Escape is near the entrance of Squaw Valley and a short drive to the ski resort where restaurants, shopping, skiing etc. await you. In the winter use the free Mountaineer Shuttle to the resort or just kick back at home and take in the amazing mountain views from the Living Room. (Please read the house rules section for rental terms, requirements & Taxes) The space Our home is well lit with natural light and looks out to the beautiful mountain setting where you'll find unlimited outdoor activities and wildlife just outside the door. Our home has been thoughtfully decorated and includes many luxury amenities spanning the comfy beds, new bedroom and bathroom linens, kitchen essentials, audio & video entertainment. Enjoy the great room gathering space or retreat to one of the many private guest suites. The middle level of the home is separate from the main level entertainment great room and offers two large bunk rooms, full bathroom and a video game loft. * Please note we are required to collect taxes of 10% for Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax and 1% Transportation Tax electronically or in person before check-out. https://www.placer.ca.gov/departments/admin/revenue/tot Guest access This is our private mountain home that we take meticulous care of. We offer access to our special home so that families and individuals can create their most cherished mountain memories. There is garage parking for 2 cars. However, street parking is prohibited and enforced by the HOA. Please do not leave any food unattended in the home even with the doors locked. Bear break-ins occur frequently in this area. All food must be kept in fridge or cupboards. Never leave the doors open or unlocked if you are not occupying the immediate room. Even if you are upstairs in the home bears will seize the opportunity to "let themselves in" for a "snack". Parking - 2 car garage parking. Street parking is prohibited by HOA. To accommodate snow removal vehicles parked on street are subject to tow by HOA.
