Best spot in Avon! A stone's throw from everything

Please read full description before booking for amenities allowed and not allowed as kitchen policies have changed This is a shared unit with my dog, so we will be around the unit during your stay. It’s steps away from Beaver Creek and the free bus to the village, so putting on ski or snowboard boots inside without having to park and pay is extremely convenient. There are also free bus stops into town or to Vail. All updated furniture. Can't beat this location! License# 007974 The space This shared unit with me and my dog is a great place to rest your head for the night. There is a large patio and storage closet for skis and snowboards. In the winter the bus runs every 5-10 minutes from the Bear Parking Lot across the street and goes directly to the main village of Beaver Creek. It is also within a mile of downtown Avon on a paved recreation path along the Eagle River, featuring shops and restaurants. The path is also great for scenic walks. Free parking is available directly out front of the condo. There is a Mexican restaurant and liquor store directly across the street. Guest access A recent change is guests are no longer allowed to cook full meals in the kitchen. Please ask if you have any questions regarding what’s allowed in the kitchen. Basic food storage is allowed and will have access to microwave, toaster oven and basic dishes/coffee maker. The guests will have their own bedroom and bathroom across the hall from the bedroom. During your stay I live full-time in the condo so guests will share common areas such as dining area and living room. Guests will have their own bathroom and bedroom. Other things to note I have a dog Stela who is a sweetheart and loves everybody. She's a lab mix. No shoes in house. Guests may use the microwave and toaster oven, though no cooking meals. Also can store items in the fridge as needed. Washer and dryer is also not available to the guests.
