We own Madness Gym which is 10 minutes away in Lio. Our guests can use the weights area for free and we give 20% off any classes! The unit is on the 2nd floor with its own private entrance. The room is simple and minimalistic in design. It has AC, ceiling fan, and brand new full Queen mattress. Perfect for a few days or short term rental The space **Our Airbnb unit is located on the 2nd floor of our house and we live on the 1st floor. **There are stairs leading up to the house and another set to the unit. **We are located in a LOCAL neighborhood. There may be noise at night which we cannot control. **The space is dedicated strictly to our Airbnb guests however we live downstairs in the unit below. **There is a fully equipped kitchenette with gas burner and small fridge, dining table, shared bathroom (with the other Airbnb room). **complimentary tea and coffee, high speed wifi, shampoo and body wash **FREE use of our gym (10 minutes away , Madness Gym El Nido) and 20%off any classes. **PLEASE read carefully through our property listing and description before booking. You can rent per room or the entire unit (see my other listings) . You get free access to our gym located in Lio beach and 20%off any of our listed prices for our classes (Madness Gym) The space a perfect to hang out after a long day of island hoping and you have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal to cook up whatever you want. Other things to note *We are located in a LOCAL neighborhood where families reside. There may be noise at night. **Our dog Jack is a rescue from when I lived in China. He's friendly and pretty chill but barks from time to time. Hes friendly though and just likes to sleep most of the time. **There are stairs to climb to access the property and room so please bear that in mind. **El Nido can have power outages and we do not have a gas generator.
