Our private 650 sq ft bungalow offers its own entrance, free parking, and the freedom to come and go as you please. Enjoy a bedroom with California King bed, living room with twin sleeper sofa, and a cozy back library stocked with books, games, and a full-size pullout sofa—perfect for 4+ guests! The space features a modern kitchen and in-unit washer for your convenience. Your ideal home away from home in a peaceful, self-contained retreat! The space We would be excited to host you in our private and spacious bungalow. With over 650 square feet, you'll have plenty of room to stretch your legs. It's located at the back of our property with it's own alley entrance and parking so you'll have plenty of privacy during your stay. There is WiFi throughout and works equally well inside and out. Need entertainment? Use the 50" smart TV to sign into your favorite streaming service. You can also switch to the digital antenna to watch over the air stations, or use the DVD player to watch a movie — we have lots of movies to lend...just ask. The kitchen features a two burner stove, convection oven, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you would need to cook full meals. If you need to do any laundry feel free to use the washer and dryer — we provide laundry detergent pods too. Guest access You'll have access to the entire 650 square foot space all to yourself. Generally, check in is anytime after 3pm and checkout is 11am. We will email you a couple days before you arrive with full check in instructions. Please check with us if you need adjustments, we may have flexibility. Please, no smoking inside the guesthouse. Other things to note The free parking can accommodate a full-sized car or truck. If you need room for two cars, let us know! We've squeezed more cars, but if you need more parking space, Pasadena offers overnight street parking permits — they can be had, self service, at the fire station nearby.
