large unfurnished room with garden 2 month sublet

Looking for a subletter to fill a large sunny room in a 2BR apartment near Quincy & Nostrand from May 1 to July 1 with the possibility of signing an annual lease after that. The apartment is the entire ground floor of a family owned house - great landlords living right upstairs. The apartment has a private backyard garden which can be accessed through the apartment's kitchen door or through a locked gate located around side of the house. The space Apartment will be shared with one roommate: Ben (he/him), a 36 year old public middle school music teacher and bandleader who has lived and taught in Brooklyn for 7 years and hold a Master's in Music degree from Brooklyn College. I keep a regular schedule (up early in the morning and off to school) and am in a number of ensembles with rehearsals taking me out of the house most weeknights - you will have lots of time to yourself. When I am home, I enjoy cooking, playing records, practicing various instruments or just kicking back with a beer and watching some NBA. Guest access full access to bedroom, living room, kitchen, private backyard and patio. During your stay I will be traveling out of state but available by phone. I have friends living in the neighborhood to attend to any issues that may arise. Other things to note The unfurnished room has two large floor to ceiling windows bring in lots of natural light. Room is large enough for a king bed.
