Supermarkets and many restaurants are also within walking distance! The space Here is a quick overview of the rooms in this space: Upstairs Bedroom 1: King bedroom with a 55" flat-screen TV, dedicated workspace, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Bathroom 1: Private full bath attached to the king master bedroom with shower & tub combination. Bedroom 2: King bedroom with a 42" flat-screen TV, dedicated workspace, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. This room has access to a private, second-story balcony. Bathroom 2: Private full bath attached to the queen bedroom with shower & tub combination. Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, ironing center, and drying rack. Downstairs Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with full-size bed on the bottom and twin-size bed up top. This room also has a 32" flat-screen TV and access to a shared hall bath Bathroom 3: Shared hall bath with shower & tub combination Living Room: Full-size sleeper sectional sofa with a 50" flat-screen TV, coffee table, and bar stools at the kitchen peninsula Dining Room: Dining room table with 6 seats. There is a tie-out in the downstairs closet with two different-sized runs, one for smaller and one for larger animals. Guest access The entire 3-bedroom townhome is included in this rental. The Regal Palms Resort charges a small resort fee of $22.40 per night (for everyone in your party, not a per-person fee) payable directly to the resort upon check-in. Standard in many Orlando resorts, this Regal Palms resort fee is far lower than many others. Pool towels are available at the pool entrance for a $10 per towel refundable deposit. Ask the front desk for more details. You may also bring your own towels. Please do not take any of the unit towels to the pool.
