Guest suite in Seattle

This bright and expansive (700 sq ft!), private loft is a perfect getaway, while still close to great food/drink, and all of Seattle's outstanding adventures. The romantic lounge has an incredibly comfortable bed, fuzzy rug, and cool original art on every wall. The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. We hope you enjoy The Lounge! The space This home is an original mid-century modern from 1955 with tall, wooden-beam ceilings. We've outfitted it as a romantic getaway for two. It has a super comfortable bed (we get rave reviews on the mattress), four pillows, and an extra blanket in the closet. There are night stands on both sides, each with a three plug adapter to charge your phone and anything else you want to plug in. No more unplugging the light to plug in your phone! The living space has a plush leather couch and matching chair with ottoman on top of an oh-so-soft rug. We've added a blanket for those who like something warm and cuddly when watching Netflix or Amazon prime on streaming. The kitchenette has a mini fridge with freezer, a microwave, and Keurig coffee maker with coffee, decaf, tea and hot chocolate pods! We've provided two plates, real silverware, stemless wine glasses, coffee mugs and a corkscrew for eating and drinking. You may choose to eat in the living room on the coffee table or we have a small table for two in the corner, also the right size for working on your laptop. We've also included a binder of menus from local restaurants we love with dinner delivery suggestions. Whether you use this as a home base for exploring the city or prefer to have a cozy and intimate retreat away from everything, you will find this space to be warm, comfortable, and so inviting. Guest access A separate side entrance from your own parking spot gives you freedom to come and go along with an outdoor covered dining patio. You come in the side gate, along the side of the garage, into the garage through a keypad door and just inside the garage there is a lockable door going up the 12 stairs to the studio. There are extra parking spaces if you are meeting someone here. Other things to note Yummy restaurants (close by or delivery) and nearby great neighborhood suggestions!
