There is an apartment across the parking lot which is private and not part of the rental. Uncovered parking for 2 cars inside the property. There is also a small soccer and volleyball court in the park in front of the property that is shared with the other houses in the complex. Other things to note If needed, the person who takes care of the property will wash the clothes for an additional cost to be agreed directly with her. Guests are not allowed to use the washer and dryer.
