Bioclimatic duplex between old village and nature

This 100 m2 duplex flat is located in the old village of Cuisiat, 7 minutes from the shops in Treffort, on the edge of a green valley. Tastefully furnished, it has a large living room with a kitchen island, a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious mezzanine with a single bed, a miniature bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom. The old stonework, exposed beams and mud and lime walls give it an incredible authenticity. The space You will be staying in a flat in a farmhouse built in 1650, with 1 metre thick, jointed stone walls held up by monumental beams. Most of the windows and stairs are made of oak. The apartment is listed as being able to accommodate 4 people but is suitable for 2 adults and 3 children and teenagers, or 3 adults and 2 young children. For an additional person (on request), a supplement of €10 per day applies. Please note: Other sleeping spaces are available in the property, so it can accommodate additional travelers, upon request, for an additional €30 per day per person. Guest access Access is either via the central courtyard and the old barn, where it is possible to store a vehicle, equipment and bicycles, or via the rear of the house. A huge vaulted cellar is also accessible from inside the house. If additional sleeping space and a second bathroom are to be used, access will be provided directly from the dwelling. Other things to note The property has a large garden, a terrace, a bread oven and a meadow of one hectare. As long as they respect them and agree on their use with our tenant, our travellers will be welcome to use these additional areas from time to time. The property is heated by a wood chip boiler located in the old barn. You may hear some noise from the boiler room from time to time: don't worry, this is perfectly normal. In this boiler room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
