Two unique custom built new houses constructed purposefully for Airbnb quests. Each has a similar but distinct design. Both houses have a large loft bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. The lofts overlook the downstairs living areas which have open living rooms, dinning areas, and kitchens. The second bedroom and bath for both houses are located on the first floor. Granite, slate, and soapstone accentuate the countertops and bathrooms. There are local cedar and pine accents throughout the houses. These are incredibly comfortable houses. While from the outside they appear to leave a small footprint, inside each is spacious, warm and comfortable, and pleasing to the eye wherever you look. In my opinion the kitchen layout in both houses is the ultimate in food preparation efficiency. Everything; the stoves, refrigerators, and counter prep areas are all within a few steps of each other. The new state-of-the-art glass top convection ranges with a large ovens allow for the preparation of small to very large meals easily. The refrigerators are also new, with ample space to store perishables and frozen food. Overall, in each house, there is actually 35 sf of antiqued granite counter space for prep work, and 8 linear feet of a raised bar that can be used for dining or for serving in the dining area. The floors in the kitchens are beautiful muti-colored natural cleft slate. The dining areas in each house seats four people at the dining table, and three at the raised bar. The dining areas are also open to the living room. The living rooms are extremely cozy, with a couches and chairs that are cushiony and comfortable. Just down the hall from the rooms described above is the second bedroom and bathroom. In each house, the downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a small writing table and chair. The bathroom downstairs has a bathtub/shower that is fully tiled (the floor is also tiled), and a granite vanity top. Lastly, in both houses, the upstairs lofts offer a spacious bedroom and bathroom. The bedrooms have a queen sized beds, seating areas, and bedroom vanities. Also in both houses unique hand crafted railings overlook the downstairs. Lastly, the upstairs bathrooms in each house compliment the bedrooms. The bathrooms have fully tiled large showers that offer seating that you will find un-comparable. Granite vanity tops and slate floors accentuate the bathrooms beautifully. I also think it is important to note that most of the artwork in the houses is original and not copies, there is WIFI throughout the both houses, and there are TVs in the living rooms and four bedrooms. The houses are heated with zone heating during the winter months. Guests have full access to both houses and everything the property has to offer.
