King size bed in the master with a private bath, Full and twin bed in the guest room and a full size pull-out couch in living. Workspace, full guest bath, washer and dryer, high speed internet, flatscreen…whether you’re a short term or long term guest, you’ll find everything you need in this clean and comfy home. The space 1100 sq. Ft. 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry. King bed, full bed, twin bed, pullout full size couch, work desk and chair, washer and dryer, flatscreen TV in living room, games and books. Fully furnished and stocked with all the necessities plus more. All you need to bring is clothes and groceries. Parking lot is located behind the duplexes, guest have access to 2 parking spaces. If additional parking is needed, park on the main road. Guest access You’ll have private access to the entire living unit - fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Other things to note •Outdoor Security Cameras have been installed to verify number of guests.** •Work crews and long-term stays are welcome. •We are not set up to accommodate 6 separate sleepers. We have 3 beds and a pullout couch bed. •Duplex is located near train tracks. •We do not refund early checkouts. •Absolutely no pets, no smoking, no vaping, no incense burning indoors.
