Sleep Easy Rentals (Close to IAH)

Easy to get on the Highways and to any part of Houston: 15 min from IAH Airport, 30 min to Downtown. Perfect place for interns, co-ops, vacationers, or people just moving to Houston. I offer my knowledge of the area to anyone in need. Cozy bedroom with a memory foam queen size bed,large desk, and a walk in closet. All the other essentials provided by a hotel at the fraction of the cost. Easy 4 digit key-less entry so no need to hassle with key hand offs. The space Enjoy the suburb feel while being close to the city. Location is very close Kroger, major Houston Highways, and Sam Houston Race Park. There is free parking on the curb and a back yard to hang out in. Stay includes: Clean sheets, clean room, clean bathroom, and other essentials you may have forgotten can be found in the shoe box under the sink. There is also a programmable coffee maker and coffee available for use. Why stay at a hotel? I have 2 short haired cats who are friendly, my friends who are allergic to cats seem to not have any issues with them. Like any smart business owners I have security cameras on premises for loss prevention. They do not invade on privacy and should not interfere with your stay. I post here as an FYI as in this day and age privacy is a major concern. The kitchen is available for use during the rental but consumable items that are not the tenants are off limits. This includes the liquor cabinet as well as any other food products not purchased by the renter. Failure to abide by this rule is STRICTLY forbidden and is grounds for immediate termination of your rights to the rental space. So if you read all that you are probably wondering what that's all about; basically I had a bad renter and now have to include these disclaimers. I am very easy going and as long as you treat the property with respect we will get along just fine; you will have an amazing stay which can be verified from all my amazing reviews. During your stay I can provide knowledge of the greater Houston area and how to maneuver around the Houston traffic. My work schedule will dictate how much interaction I can provide. Just communicate what you expect out of me and I will be as courteous as possible. Other things to note I have 2 cats who are friendly. Please do not let them outside, if you do just shake some food and they will come back. If you leave any belongings and do not claim them within 30 days they will be donated to charity.
