Our apartment is situated in a new secure estate, with a Lifestyle Centre offering a beautiful pool & play area for the little ones, a restaurant, games room, gym, beauty spa, padel court, and laundromat. It is very close to great shops, awesome beaches, and only 15 mins from the Airport. Fibre, DSTV and Netflix ready. The space Our modern 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment sleeps 4 people very comfortably. The main bedroom is well-sized with a double bed and direct access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious shower, basin and toilet. Ample BIC space will allow you to unpack and immediately feel at home. The second bedroom accommodates 2 single beds that can be pushed together or separated as desired. There is a dresser with chair which serves as a workspace in this room. The full bathroom is easily accessible from this bedroom. An open plan kitchen with serving hatch to the balcony entertaining/braai area, promises easy, social cooking with all you need to create those gourmet holiday meals! The kitchen is fully fitted with quality cutlery, crockery and cookware. Appliances include a fridge, hob and oven, dishwasher, combo wash/dry machine, toaster, kettle, microwave. The kitchen flows into the dining and living area, with flat screen TV where you can relax and enjoy the offerings of a full Dstv package and Netflix. Enjoy an outdoor meal on the balcony with our wood/briquette burning built-in braai with a view of the rolling green sugar cane fields and hills. Make sure you stay connected and up to date with our Uncapped fast fibre-optic WiFi. There is an air conditioner in the central living area, and efficient ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself, including the two allocated parking bays. Digital Guest Access (QR code) to the Estate and its facilities is provided to one guest per booking for the duration of your stay. Additional Access codes can be arranged at R150 per person. You may be required to submit a copy of your ID/Drivers License to security upon arrival at our gated entrance. The details of this will be communicated to you once your booking has been confirmed. Our Housekeeper, Jane, will provide a light service every Tuesday or Friday and has her own access key. This is included in your nightly rate. Clean linen and towels will be provided for guests staying longer than 7 days. Tea, Coffee, Milk and Sugar will be available for your use on arrival. Please replenish as needed. As our apartment is situated in a residential gated estate, we do not allow parties or gatherings to take place on these premises. Please direct any queries regarding this policy to our Host.
