North Side Havasu Hideaway with heatable POOL/SPA

*North Side 3 bedroom/2 bath House *Lake View from the back *Covered Patio with BBQ *Pool & Spa- Heating the pool/spa is an additional charge which requires the guest to give a propane deposit (amount varies based on length of reservation). The guest pays for their own propane use & will be refunded any not used propane deposit at end of stay. Your first 3 hours of heating is on us! *WiFi *2.5 miles to Windsor Launch *indoor washer/dryer *kitchen stocked with pots/pans/dishes etc. Guest access *We do store our boat in the garage so Garage access is limited but you can park in driveway or on street. Other things to note POOL HOUSE ***NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY*** NO DIVING!!!!!! *This house has a Pool and small children are to be supervised at all times! ***One may not book on behalf of another. The booking guest must remain a guest through the duration of the reservation. *** SPA HEATING You will be asked to have all guests in your party sign a pool waiver prior to arrival for your stay. ***Please note that the pool/spa is not heated with natural gas which makes it quite costly. The pool/spa is controlled remotely so you MUST contact us to turn the heater on. No heat requests past 8pm. Have fun and be aware it is in a neighborhood so we only ask that you are respectful to our great neighbors. Lease to follow with after booking reservation. No pets are permitted. Pets are not allowed including service animals as we are an Allergen Free home. If a pet or animal is discovered during your stay, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately with zero refunds. No smoking or drugs on the property. Under age drinking is not permitted. No events or parties - Owner has right to ask guest to leave with no refund if rules are broken - as well as an associated fine. Quiet time after 10pm - Same goes as above (this is not a house suited for parties, loud music after 10pm, or gatherings over 8 guests) No glass or food in or around the pool - if the pool needs drained it will be at the expense of the guest No touching the propane tank or pool/spa heating equipment - it is all remote controlled and if anything is touched - you will be fined if tampered with.
