Just minutes from downtown and major highways, guests have easy access to many local attractions, private entrance, roku TV, mini-kitchen, and more. This studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space The cozy Konnoak Studio is super convenient. Minutes from downtown and major highways (I-40, Business 40, Hwy 52) guests have easy access to many local attractions like BB&T Ballpark, Old Salem, a/perture theater, Innovation Quarter, Benton Convention Center, local breweries and restaurants. It's also close to local colleges (UNCSA, WSSU, Salem College, WFU) and connects easily to local bike routes (Salem Creek Greenway, Long Branch Trail). The Space: This studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay... a comfy full-size bed, cozy living room area with TV, plus a table for dining or working on the computer. Full bathroom with large shower. The kitchen is complete with a sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and the cookware and dishes you may need for a meal or snack. Complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa are provided for your enjoyment, free WiFi and private entrance. Inflatable twin mattress can be provided for one additional guest. This studio is great for couples, small groups, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It has all you need for a comfortable, convenient, and unique stay in Winston-Salem. NOTICE: We do not allow pets at this time. Guest access Guests have full access to the studio. Owners live on-site in the main portion of the home. There are double doors in between the studio and main home with a hotel lock to give everyone privacy and security. Other things to note At this time the studio is not suitable for young children or pets. Guests park up to two cars on the street right in front of the house.
