The 3rd sleeping area is in the large, upstairs, open flex space with a Design Within Reach oversized queen bed with a 3”memory foam topper that transforms into a contemporary sofa and shares the bathroom with #2 bedroom, away from the main living areas downstairs. Motorized blackout shades on the east (morning sun) wall. The sleek galley kitchen features all gourmet amenities, including well stocked spices and condiments. Backyard with porch seating area and bamboo Zen garden with circular patio. Gas grill connected to house gas (no tanks to run out!). NOTE: The home is not suitable for children. The open architecture design of the stairs and no child locks on the base cabinets present safety issues. Guest access There is a car carport with one space available. Common driveway is shared with the B unit, therefore blocking in the common driveway area is PROHIBITED. Street parking is available in close proximity. Other things to note Easily walkable or Uber to hip coffee shops, restaurants / bars and quick Uber or 15 minute walk to major grocery store, (HEB) and a stone's throw to convenience stores. Short drives to Whole Foods flagship store, Central Market South, and TraderJoes. Scooters readily available around the neighborhood to take advantage of everything Austin has offer: SoCo, Downtown, Rainey Street, West 6th St, shopping, the Capitol Complex, museums, public parks, swimming, lakes, boat ramps and other close in destinations.
