Bright 1st floor apartment on a quiet street, with easy access from NYS thruway. Also within walking distance (1/2 mile) from the Trailways bus station. Easy walk to Kingston's Stockade District and the Senate Garage. At the end of my street there's Terri's corner deli. The space Very comfortable for 2 adults or couple w/ children. Safe warm and spacious, I'm walking distance from Kingston's stockade district, offering restaurants, music venues, great little shops. Relaxing front porch and private back yard. Plenty of on street parking, secure wireless, Roku TV. And, a private full bath and kitchen. Guest access Coffee and tea, stove, oven, toaster and microwave. Fridge, dishes, glasses and some cookware. My house is close to 2 rail trails, great for hiking or off road bikes. We're 20 minutes to Saugerties, Woodstock, New Paltz and Rhinebeck Fair Grounds. Close to the Trailways bus station. Other things to note Parking is on a quiet residential street. My driveway only allows for one car at a time, but in case of inclement weather arrangements will be made to make sure you are off the street and clear of snow plows. Bicycles are welcome, and can be locked along side the house behind a fence, out of sight of the street.
