Peaceful Retreat on Saco River!

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. The 2400 square foot home is located on the beautiful Saco River with 250 feet of water frontage. It has scenic water views and is within easy driving distance to historic Portland. The space Experience rural New England at its best! The two-story contemporary house is located on the beautiful Saco River with 250 feet of water frontage. It is set back from the river about 100 yards. It features an open design with extra-high ceilings and lots of windows. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs, it has two bedrooms, each with a balcony, and another bathroom. Whether you enjoy a tranquil lazy day or various outdoor activities, it has everything to make your stay special with your loved ones, you can enjoy scenic river views from inside the house. Outside, there is an open wooded area with a picnic table as well as a fire-pit. Snooze or read in the fun screen house with a built-in twin size bed. There is direct access to the water for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing or just relaxing by the river. Historic Portland and Saco, Old Orchard Beach and Sebago Lake are all within easy driving distance. Not wheelchair accessible Guest access The whole house upstairs and downstairs (the basement and the garage /Apt only are off-limits). You will have ample parking on the property. Guest will have direct access to river with private dock for kayaking, canoeing and swimming. We have free Netflix, Hulu ,HBO Max, Disney plus and blue tooth speaker. For your convenience, you will have keyless pin-pad entry with temporary code! Other things to note Comfy beds. Watching beautiful birds from the living room window. Coffee and Tea.
