Beautiful place with sun-heated pool and close to the beach

Beautiful 2 bedroom modernized vacation apartment 5 min. walk from blue flag BEACH. 800 m from fish shop and 2 ice rinks Distance to Djurs Sommerland 11 km. There is a football field, nature playground, tennis, new paddle tennis court and mini golf within a few minutes. The apartment is located in a closed courtyard together with 11 other apartments and has a large shared sun-heated pool. Our apartment has its own sunny terrace with Weber grill, awning and furniture House rules are in the apartment, these MUST be observed, thank you!🙏☀️ The space Includes: fully equipped kitchen in connection with living room. Dishwasher, Microwave and TV/Cromecast and streaming via internet sharing. Nice newer bathroom and east-facing bedroom with two good beds. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with evening sun. The apartment is rented to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (sofa bed in the living room) Guest access Entire home Other things to note The one dresser in the hallway is our private 🙏 The heat pump is ONLY intended for heating and cannot be used as an air conditioner The awning should not be rolled in if it is wet🌧 🙏 Smoking is prohibited in the apartment🚬❌ All traffic in and around the swimming pool is at your own risk🏊‍♀️🤽‍♂️💦 the slide is not intended for adults. Please read the sign posted by the shower🚿 ☔️ You may NOT charge electric cars via the apartment's power plug. Upon arrival, the water heater in the bathroom closet will turn on. We only recommend turning half up as the water will otherwise get very hot♨️ Please note that we have waste sorting. Use the different waste bins that say what kind of waste to put in each one.
