Roku Tv Kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, and the basics like coffee/tea. Guest access Guests will have access to laundry room in basement upon request. Other things to note Please park on street as garage is used. To reiterate, I stay in the basement apt, but you have total privacy, and will only interact if you need me for something like help with thermostat.
