South Bruce Municipal Short Term Rental Lic # 1009-2025 Guest access Guests have access to the entire property for walks, hikes and snow shoeing and can access the trails through the conservation areas behind and in front of the property. They kayaks are for guest use. The garage/loft above garage is not. The property is only occupied by the guests. No other people or guests will be onsite. Other things to note Max # of guests on property is 6. This is a Municipality licensing requirement.
