The space This is a Historic house, and the downstairs house (the main house) is also available under our listings on Airbnb under "The Vegan Yellow House"" in case you like to rent it as well for a larger group. Please note that the Main House "might" be occupied at the time of your stay so please be courteous about loud noises after hrs. *** No shoes in the house (to avoid noise to the downstairs guests and to keep the rug clean) also please leave the sink cover in the sink to minimize noise. *** If you are sensitive to noise, this might not be the right property for you as from time to time you might hear the regular shower - water pipe noises from the guest below you. it is an old house built of lath and plaster and the insulation/sound method is from 1910. However, it has a great heating/cooling split unit. please note the A frame design with low walls/ low ceilings. Parking: the RIGHT (North side of the driveway) is for the studio guests parking, and the LEFT side (South side is for the main house. Please stagger the cars so they are not right next to each other making the opening of your doors easier. There is also parking available on the street as well if the driveway is too narrow for you. The common areas such as back yard , back porch with sitting area with fire pit, and front porch with swing are Shared areas, but if there are no guests downstairs, you'll have the whole place to yourselve! *Long term rentals (over 14 days) pay a $150 monthly flat fee for water and electricity ( prorated) & $100 cleaning fee every 2- 3 weeks.
