The kitchen is an inviting, modern, open, light area that can be easily shared by multiple people - with communication and cooperation. It is a beauty dressed in maple and quartz. Besides the bedroom and specified bathroom; guests have access to the living room/kitchen, covered courtyard landing sitting area outside front door and coin-operated laundry room [$2.00/load, on first floor], on site. Guests are responsible for their own meals. This is a full kitchen with glass top range, dishwasher, 2 large refrigerators, toaster/air-fryer oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, Keurig [you supply your own pods] for meal prep or warm up. You and a Guest? Your bedroom accommodates two. Your guest needs access to this listing, in order to be fully informed of the specific information regarding living in this Airbnb apartment. You are responsible that your guest follows the information and rules for this listing. Also, there is no room for the necessary items for a small child. This is not an "open house" so if you plan to invite friends, please let us know ahead of time so that we can inform other guests in the unit. Late night arrivals and self-check-ins are fine, with prior arrangements. During your stay There are four Hosts to help you, two live on-site, in Unit D and two live a few miles away. The two On-Site Hosts live in this unit and you will be sharing the kitchen/living area with them. We need you to know that there are three cats, fur babies Franko, Lorenzo and Rocky, living in their bedroom. Though the intention is that none of their cats are to leave their room, one of their cats is an 'escape artist' and gets out. In order to be sure these cats do not come into your room, you will need to keep your bedroom door closed. Other things to note Also, we want to ask that you [both] carefully re-read our entire listing, especially the Things To Know section at the bottom of the listing page, so you know what this will be like and what is expected of you, before we accept you. For instance you need to know you are sharing living space with three other potential Airbnb guest rooms and that we have a mandatory "Clean As You Go" policy. To be clear, that means the kitchen/bathroom looks like no one has been in it, when you are done using it. Everything is cleaned and put back away in it's 'home', right away. This issue has been a major one amongst our guests, at times, so that we now address it before booking. We do have a professional cleaning gal who cleans the Common Areas once a week, guests maintain that during the week. If you are not willing to thoroughly clean everything you use and put it away, before leaving the kitchen/bathroom; this is not the place for you. Simply said.
