Less than a 30 minute drive away from the North Devon Coast Line , 45 Minutes from the stunning moors & 5 miles from the tarka trail with miles and miles of cycle trails - we are the perfect base! The space A grade 2 listed cob building, Once a barn & now converted into a welcoming holiday home part of The Beehive, found in the very centre of the rural village of Beaford. Wooden beamed throughout, the ground floor has a large open living and dining room with a cosy wood burner, plenty of social seating, Sky TV with Netflix & WIFI. The main large bathroom is found on the ground floor, with a toilet and bath/shower. The kitchen with breakfast bar has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. The kitchen leads out to the large lawned garden, patio area with garden bench, BBQ & firepit. (please note the garden is shared with the owners). Sleeping 8 people, The first floor hosts four bedrooms, each room with a Super King Bed. There is a small bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and small sink also on the first floor. Travel Cot and high chair available at request. There is private parking available for one car, however there is also plenty of free on road parking or extra free parking elsewhere in the village. The house includes all linen, towels, crockery & glasses, & WIFI. Starter logs and kindling supplied only. The house is no smoking. Dog friendly! Guest access Full access to all of the house and garden. Garden is shared with owners. Other things to note The owners house is opposite & the garden is shared. There is a ring door bell.
