All touch points, surfaces, kitchenware and linens, including upholstery, are being disinfected and sanitized on a routine basis. Our guests' health and safety are our top priority. PARKING This beautiful two bedroom home has two off street parking spots, as well as plentiful free street parking. FRONT PORCH Walk up three steps to a small front porch with bench seating and string lights. Enter the home using a convenient August Smartlock. This smart lock offers keyless entry for 24 hour check in. LIVING ROOM This modern living room has a comfortable wrap around couch that can seat the entire family. There is a 60 inch Apple TV with Hulu, Netflix and Sony sound system. Games are available for guests in the end table and a diffuser is also available on top of the end table. The living room has an ac unit in the window. DINING ROOM Off of the living room, you will find a dining room with a dining table that seats five. The Nest thermostat is also located here. On the table, you will find a detailed house manual with restaurant and local area suggestions, details about the space and additional information that may be helpful during your stay. BEDROOMS There are two bedrooms located off the living room. Both have extremely comfortable mattresses and spacious closets. Each bed has a minimum of four pillows so that guests may choose one that best suits them. The front room has a queen bed and the middle room has a king bed. There are portable or window air conditioning units in both bedrooms for your comfort. The family friendly amenities (such as high chair and pack'n'play) are in the closet of the king room. KITCHEN There is a coffee maker in the kitchen that also dispenses hot water for tea. We provide tea, coffee, coffee filters, cream, sugar and sugar-free sweetener. You will find a fully loaded kitchen with everything you will need to cook meals during your stay. We provide pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, fridge, gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender and a kettle. Salt and pepper are in shakers in the cabinet over the stove. We provide cleaning supplies, extra trash bags, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit are under the sink. There is a broom, dustpan and mop in kitchen closet. BATHROOM The bathroom has a beautifully lit vanity with plenty of convenient drawer space and a large mirror. There is a full bathtub with shower. We leave two plush bath towels and two wash cloths per guest. We provide spa quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as q-tips, cotton balls and a few extra rolls of toilet paper for guests. A hair dryer and cleaning products are also available under this sink. Washer/Dryer A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. You will find several complimentary laundry pods and a clothing steamer available above the washer and dryer. BACKYARD There is a back deck with grill, patio seating, hot tub, string lights and fire pit that you are welcome to enjoy. Please note: firewood is not provided but can be purchased nearby. You are welcome to smoke in accordance with Colorado law in the outdoor areas. BUSINESS TRAVEL Fast WIFI is available for business travel and a device charging station is available in the king bedroom. Children We have many children’s items and amenities for those travelling with little ones. There is a pack ‘n’ play with changing mat and mobile in the master bedroom. There are children's toys and a variety of books for your child to enjoy. PETS This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. Your pets are free to use the backyard but you must pick up after your pets or a fine will be applied. We have provided pet waste bags by the slider door for your convenience. Please message me for our pet rules ahead of time and to see if your pet qualifies for this listing. TRASH & RECYCLING There is a trash can just off the kitchen and a small one in the bathroom. You can bring extra trash (brown bin) and recycling (green bin) to the proper bins in the driveway. Please tie all trash bags before putting them into the bin. QUESTIONS? We would love to host you! Guest access Guest will have exclusive access to the entire property including the 2 bedroom home and the entire back yard. Other things to note HOT TUB: We always do our best to ensure the hot tub is in great shape for your stay and rarely run into issues, but in the event that the hot tub is not available during your stay due to any such unforeseen circumstances, we are pleased to offer a refund of $25 for each affected night of your reservation. PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet. There is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. The pet fee is collected via Airbnb. You must add your pets to your reservation. We are happy to host both you and your pets! Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside on the patio. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home.
