Off the Beaten Path

Our home is located on 5 acres in the middle of farms yet we are 10 minutes from shopping and a large variety of restaurants. Tampa International Airport is 50 minutes away so we have the best of both worlds. We enjoy the quiet beauty of the countryside but can be in Tampa for theatre in minutes. Hernando county boasts of some of the best golf courses in the area. We have a walking/biking trail 2 minutes from the house. Two State parks are 10 miles away and are a great way to spend the day. The space This 1100sf. home offers a quaint decor that makes for a comfortable, relaxing time away. We just went through a renovation so there are vinyl plank floors throughout. Open shelving in the kitchen makes everything there more accessible. Come rock on the front porch or play games together as you make new memories around the large farm table. There’s still plenty of corners for some private time as well. Guest access The 2 1/2 acre parcel that this inviting home sits on is a great place to enjoy yard games. The front porch is a wonderful place to take in the sunrise as you sip that first cup of coffee for the day. There is also ample space for parking your boat, jet skis, motorbikes… any trailer that brings your vacation equipment with you. NOTE: There are no camper connections. Other things to note We are called the nature coast for a reason. There are rivers, nature trails, State Parks and preservations are all within minutes of our location. You’ll find information on all of these experiences and more in the booklet we have assembled to aid you in enjoying your stay with us. The map that is on the table with pamphlets is very thorough and has phone numbers for you convenience to book tours, rent equipment or get more information about many area attractions and events.
