Town of Pulga Hill House

Welcome to the Town of Pulga, our quaint little unincorporated town on the feather river along side flea creek. Most of our cabins all rest along the creek so you'll hear that all throughout your stay. The occasional train rolls through at the end of our road on your way down to our private beach on the feather river. Pulga is rustic but has all the amenities, best water source, power and Starlink! What makes this place unique is you'll be in your own private town. Please check out our website. The space The Hill House is in the center of town but up above it. There is an outdoor shower and sink in town park across the street next to the Boat House that has an out door tub as well as your own personal kitchen, shower, and restroom inside your house. You are right across the street from the Long House which is our commercial kitchen right next door to the loft house. Please clean up after yourselves and do your best to put away all things you used in the proper places. There is also a dishwasher in the long house, as well as a full sized pool table. Great for group meals and cooking. You can access the whole town. There might be other air bnb folks in other cabins but they're all spaced out enough you can enjoy you and your friends and family in peace without seeing others. You're welcome to go out and visit with the goats and pig's but know you can not bring any other animal inside the pen with you or the guardian dogs who protect the herds will do their job. There is a waterfall up camp creek about 3 miles, takes about an hour to hike up the road there and about 40 mins back. We have our own private beach on the feather at the end of town. There are several gardens, and an old jade mine thats fun to go and pick up pieces from. Pulga is a very beautiful unique spot and I am opening it to personal guests instead of just doing full town rentals this year for a short period of time. So please come and enjoy your stay. There is no ac but almost all the cabins are on the creek and just up from the river. Nothing fancy or posh, just really cute decor and the most comfortable beds you'll probably ever sleep on under your plush feather comforters and king sized feather pillow gazing at the creek outside your bedroom window. This is a woman made and run town and I guarantee you'll enjoy it if you don't come here expecting the ritz. You will most likely be graced with some delicious treats from the kitchen and garden.
