Rental unit in Portland

The Filbert is in the Division/Clinton Neighborhood close to Broder Cafe, Salt & Straw and dozens of other amazing restaurants and bars. Also close by is the New Season's Market, People's Food Co-op, bike shops, and boutiques. It is quick to get to downtown Portland by car, bus or light rail. This renovated apartment is tucked into an urban eco-community. You’ll love the location and the ambiance. The Filbert is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families one child. The space The Filbert is a modern apartment in the in the garden level of my house. Although it hardly feels like a basement with the huge windows bringing in lots of light. Incredible woodwork and cabinets, creative floor plan, and cozy furniture make the Filbert a great place to stay. To reduce noise, we installed extra installation in the ceiling, but please note, this is a lower level unit, so there is some noise from above that can be heard. Also, please note that access to the Filbert is down a flight of nine steps. Guest access You'll have full access to the Filbert - kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom, closet, entry way. Also enjoy the shared patio courtyard and outdoor furniture in nice weather. Other things to note The Filbert is nestled in at my house along with three other rental units. You will probably run into the others who live here during your stay, as well as my dogs Honey and Sugar! We often host outdoor dinners and community potlucks, so it is very possible that there will be friendly folks in the courtyard and outdoor kitchen areas.
