Apartment (50 sqm) with spacious loggia The space The Liparis apartment is on the first floor of a house in the historic Hofmark. You enter it through a spacious hallway, equipped with historic furniture. From there you can reach the living and kitchen area, as well as the bathroom and bedroom. In the cozy living room, a rural-style dining set invites you to enjoy relaxing meals. You can spend the evenings either on the sofa with a good book, radio/TV or you can enjoy the cozy and spacious loggia, which also protects against rain. In the warmer season, two deck chairs with cushions are available. Parasols make the afternoon rest pleasant. Two mats are available for yoga exercises. In the kitchen you will find a coffee machine and kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, a milk frother and an egg cooker in addition to the usual utensils. The bedroom with double bed, farmer's chest and wardrobe is in a rural style. Your towels and bathrobes dry either in the newly designed bathroom (towel dryer) or on the drying rack, as well as an iron and ironing board are at your disposal. For the Rottal Terme you can use the trolley and the swimming noodle provided, for shopping there is a basket and bags. Bed linen and table linen as well as dishes and towels are provided for our guests.
