Enjoy a stay in a quiet neighborhood just 6.7 miles to Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk and 14 miles to BNA. We have easy access to I-40. Remember that you will be in a neighborhood, so we require that all guests respect the homes around them. Permit 2022/022629 The space The Space — The Guesthouse Nashville (252 sq ft) offers a kitchenette that includes stove, oven, fridge, and microwave as well as a full bathroom with a rain shower faucet and tankless water heater for endless hot water access. We provide some breakfast items, like granola bars and oatmeal, and cold drinks in the kitchen — please help yourself! The main room has one queen bed with a Linenspa Hybrid Mattress and closet with a dedicated desk, laundry center, and TV with Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ available. On the exterior, the yard is completely fenced-in and features a covered tin patio with beautiful string lights for our guests to relax and enjoy their cup of coffee outside on those rainy Tennessee days. We provide one parking space on the property right in front of the guesthouse. Special Occasions — We can help you celebrate your loved ones. We can add details and decorations for all occasions. (birthday, anniversary, graduation, retirement, etc.) Let us know at the time of booking (at least two weeks before check-in) and we can discuss options and fees. There will be an expedite fee if you are requesting services under two weeks from check-in. Guest access Guests have access to one (1) provided parking space on the premise, as well as the private covered patio and fenced backyard. Other things to note Please keep in mind that Nashville is a growing city and many areas around Nashville are building new construction - as well as our neighborhood. If you have packages being delivered to the guesthouse, please put unit D. You can also ask me to verify the address of the guesthouse. Guests take advantage of Uber Eats/DoorDash often as we have many different types of restaurants around us. No animals or parties allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside.
