High speed internet. Free street parking. Easy access to I-210 Freeway. The space The property is a single family house, you will be staying in one of the rooms. There will be at most 3 people in the house, me (host) another room guest, and you. I live in the back of the house and don't come out often, I give you as much privacy as possible. There is kitchen, dining room and living room. The bathroom is across the room and you will be the only one using it. Guest access L.A is generally a driving city, if you have a car there is free street parking around the house. NOTE: There is street cleaning on Monday & Tuesday, make sure you park across the house by Monday 8am and park on the house side on Tuesday by 8am. Other than that, there are plenty of free street parking. The Monrovia metro station (Line L) is 15 mins walk away. There is also bus stop near by.
