Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and the shared roof terrace. Other things to note Please note that ONLY Israeli citizens who are not tourists will be required to pay upon arrival the local Israeli VAT tax which is not included in the total price. All tourists are exempt from paying this tax and will only be required to provide a copy of their passport. Due to it's location, you can expect to hear the market from the apartment. The unit is on the 1st floor of the building, it's located above the ground floor and there is no elevator. Paid parking off premises (1 min walk away) is available at an additional cost of 80 NiS per day or 1500 NiS per month. Prior reservation is required so please let us know if you’d like to use the parking.
