A delightful tiny cottage near downtown on a quiet dead end street. The structure is located directly behind my home. It is attached to my garage. A patio separates the two structures. The Cottage looks out to a Japanese garden, but it is close to my house. Amenities: WIFI/cable TV, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, real queen size bed, ductless heat pump/ceiling fan/skylight, washer/dryer, gardens. Attached to garage... The space Brand new (August 2010), delightful cottage in Central Eugene (Home of the Oregon Ducks), is located between the Pacific Ocean and Cascade Mountains in the lovely Willamette Valley. The Cottage is off a dead end street, attached to the garage. Features include serene colors and textures, tall ceilings, and antiques. All furniture and linens are top quality and new for your comfort. Reading a book in the cozy window seat is a perfect way to unwind after a full day of activities. The window seat converts to an extra long twin bed if needed. Ample storage is provided for your belongings. A closet with shelves can accommodate hanging items. Larger items can be placed in the garage. Finally, light fills the cottage through extensive quality lighting, skylights, bay window, and two other large windows. Need it dark at night? The operable skylight has a contractable shade! Built with a good sized gourmet kitchen, the studio comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 1 child. The w/d and closet space are bumpouts into the garage. Guest access In addition to the Cottage, one will find space to store belongs in the garage, a patio with seating, table, and barbecue. A private table is off the side of the cottage! The Cottage has wifi access, cable with all the extras, and an HD Smart TV. Other things to note Although not completely wheelchair accessible, there is one step to enter the patio and one step to enter bathroom. Guests with canes and limited mobility do fine. 2 night minimum for weekends. My pricing includes 10.5% required city, county and state room taxes and cleaning fees. Repeat guests receive generous discount for days under a week! Let me know if you desire fragrant free supplies. Two adult bikes and one child’s bike are available to use, and helmets and a U-Lock are provided.
