Guest access The entire house is available, all 3,635 square feet of it. There is a small rental unit that has had the same quiet tenant for the last 10 years. This unit has its own entrance and driveway space. There are no shared living spaces between the rental unit and the airbnb. Other things to note There are 4 bedrooms in this home so we allow 8 people to stay. There is an additional fee of $50/person/night after 8 people. The maximum we allow to stay here is 10 people.
