Nestled among the orange and kiwi farms is this spacious (4,000 sq ft) historic home. Just 5 minutes away is the quaint town of Exeter with it's colorful murals, numerous antique stores and unique little restaurants with a European flare. My home is perfectly positioned for views to the west for amazing sunsets and to the east for spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. This room is located upstairs and has its own A/C. Quiet living space with a desk. Has a shared bathroom with bath tub. This location is close to Sequoia National Park.
