Serenity Shores features four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms spread out over three floors. On the main level, the open layout floorplan is perfect for large groups. The living room features a two-story stone surround fireplace and floor to ceiling windows facing the lake. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops so you can prepare meals in luxury. The large dining room table can sit up to 10 guests, with additional seating at the kitchen bar, so all members of your party can dine at the same time. Or, during the summer months, enjoy your meals on the dining table on the lake-facing deck. Downstairs, the lower level features another full kitchen, living room, and dining room area. The lower level is ideal as a game room and kids hang-out area. The bedrooms in this home are spacious and inviting. The master bedroom, located on the main level, features a king bed and a sliding glass door leading out to the lake-facing deck. On a warm summer's night, you can leave the door and fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping against the Lake Superior shoreline that is just feet away. The attached master bathroom has dual sinks and a jetted soaker tub. On the upper level, the two bedrooms both are spacious enough to fit in two queen beds, with room to spare, for a total of four queen beds on the upper level. The two bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom features a queen bed and has a full bathroom located just across the hall. EV Charger: This property is equipped with a private OK2Charge Level 2 Smart EV Charger. The charger is located on the house to the right of the entryway, not easily seen from the driveway.
