The space The accommodation consists of: - an entrance with storage. - a bright living room with sofa, coffee table, and TV. - a recent open kitchen equipped and carefully furnished with dining area for 2 people. - two bedrooms with double beds, one with a teleworking area (screen provided) and a queen size bed. - a bathroom with bathtub, single mirror and toilet. - a terrace. - free private parking reserved for the occupants of the residence with 2 numbered spaces.
