Stylish Surrey Hills Studio | Peaceful Retreat

To add to the main house we've added this stylish and comfortable self contained studio. This space allows guests intimacy and complete privacy for an extra special stay whilst still enjoying the hospitality, facilities and warmth of Deepwell. The studio is warm and bright decorated with stylish artwork and has a large walk in shower kitchen area with microwave and a sofa bed to add to the bed on the mezzanine level accessed by a sturdy fixed ladder. The space Nestled within the beautiful Surrey Hills, this stylish self-contained studio offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy and convenience. Designed for both short breaks and longer stays, it features a comfortable double mezzanine bed, a relaxing lounge area with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with combination microwave oven, air fryer, fridge/freezer and everything needed for self-catering. Fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and a dedicated workspace make it ideal for business travellers, while the peaceful surroundings are perfect for those wanting to unwind. The studio has its own private entrance and parking, with easy access to both Gatwick Airport and direct rail links to central London. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire self-contained studio and its private entrance. There is dedicated parking immediately outside, along with access to the utility area in the garage where you’ll find a washing machine and tumble dryer. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor seating area and gardens. If you’d like a change of scenery while working, there’s also a home office available in the main house by prior arrangement, subject to availability. Other things to note The studio is situated within the grounds of my home but is completely self-contained, offering guests their own private space. Please note that the washing machine and tumble dryer for studio guests are located in the garage utility room rather than inside the studio. I live on site with my two friendly dogs, Colin and Annabelle, although they won’t have access to your accommodation. The area is wonderfully peaceful, making it ideal for relaxing, working remotely or exploring the Surrey Hills, while still being within easy reach of London and Gatwick Airport.
