SB01 - Sabah63 House Lower Floor

We are 2km from kundasang town on the way to mesilou. The most famous New Zealand Dairy Cow - Desa Farm is only 1.6km, Maragang Hill Office 3.1km, kinabalu park 8.4km, ranau town 17km, luanti fish spa and sabah tea 33km, hot spring 27km and many other places. Please take note, this is only an homestay, not a 5 star resort, it might be below your expectation. The space This space is the ground floor (only) of a two storey house. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, kitchen, dining table, living room, sofa set and tv. #please take note that upper floor might have its own tenant. We will prepare bath towel, extra mattress etc according to number of guest(s) stated. Guest access The house compound can be as multipurpose spaces. It’s can be a shared car park, bbq area, gathering/relaxing area while a breath of fresh air and enjoying an awesome scenery such as valley, mountain, cloud, village houses, vegetable farm etc Other things to note Week up early morning (after dawn), enjoy the amazing scenery of mount kinabalu, permai valley, villagers house and kundasang town. Things beyond our control i.e natural disaster, landslide, earthquake, electricity power cut, no water gravity - please be considered no compensation will be entertain.
