Oxford house near Miami University (about a mile and a half from campus). Close to Kroger. Midcentury modern, with many windows overlooking a wooded lot. Large kitchen and dining room. The house features an open floor plan with plenty of space for entertaining and an extra large dining room table. The top floor has three bedrooms - one master suite (king), one twin room, and one room with a large sofa. We also have an air mattress. The lower level has egress and another bedroom (queen) and bathroom -- however, while the lower level is finished, it is somewhat of a WIP in that the flooring is outdated and needs replacing. (It's perfectly fine if extra sleeping capacity is needed, but just isn't as nice as the upstairs.) Residential, wooded street within walking distance to parks and shops. Less than 5 minute drive to central campus (approximately 25 minute walk).
