Welcome :) This fully self-contained 1970s unit was renovated in 2021. It is gas-free and powered by green energy. One of two properties on the block, it has a separate entrance. It is light-filled and surrounded by a newly-planted native garden. Walking distance to shops/eating establishments (5-10mins), public transport (2 mins to buses, 10 to train) and local parks. Other things to note This AirBnB is not suited for guests who expect hotel-type accommodation with all the bells and whistles. It functions as our granny flat/home office and is predominantly used to host our friends and family from interstate or overseas. We live in the other property on the block and lead a predominantly eco-friendly, sustainable lifestyle. The unit was renovated and furnished in the same ethos e.g. with pre-loved items where possible, and all electric appliances, including heating and cooling. When the unit is available, we prefer to host guests with the same mindset or who are interested in sustainability/experiencing an all-electric home :)
